In coastal Hampton Roads, the costs of inaction on climate change aren’t a future threat, they are a present reality. A new video released by the Center for American Progress provides a great overview of the “slow-motion disaster” that residents of Norfolk are already experiencing, as climate change causes sea levels to rise and residents deal with the impacts of frequent flooding and more destructive storms.
